Natures Harvest Terms and Conditions

Natures Harvest retail is open Monday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm.  Excluding Holidays. 

All sales are final.

No exchanges and or returns are accepted. 

We simply can not guarantee the exact fresh/silk floral arrangement for same day delivery.  Our designers can attempt to locate the specific request within a reasonable time frame. 

Same day delivery must be confirmed by one our of sales associates. 

When we delivery flowers to the recipient, we attempt to make the delivery, if the recipient is not home, the arrangement will return to Natures Harvest for pick up. 

Added delivery fees apply:  if delivery is called in after 1:00pm for same day delivery, a $5.00 fee is added.  if delivery is called in for an "on demand" delivery, meaning the customer wants the flowers/gift delivered immediately, then a $10.00 fee is added.
