How do I return an item?
Returns Policy
At Natures Harvest, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our home decor items. As is our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Return Merchandise
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send it back for an exchange or refund within 30 days.
1.) Please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip and enclose it with the returned merchandise. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2.) Repackage the return merchandise securely.
3.) Please ship to: Attn Retail Returns Department, Natures Harvest, 320 East Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata, MN 55391
4.) We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method. The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.
5.) The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your card.
Natures Harvest is not responsible for returns that are not received. Items returned damaged will not receive credit.
Sale and Clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.

Inventory stocking levels can not be guaranteed.
We simply can not guarantee the exact fresh/silk floral or plant stock for same day delivery. Our designers can attempt to locate the specific request within a reasonable time frame.
Local delivery services in the Minneapolis area is accepted, all other areas will be refused.
Same day delivery must be confirmed by one of our sales associates.
When we delivery flowers or plants to the recipient, we attempt to make the delivery, if the recipient is not home or undeliverable, the item will return to Natures Harvest for pick up. A note will be left for the recipient to pick up the gift at Natures Harvest.
Added delivery fees apply. If delivery is called in after 1:00pm for same day delivery, a $5.00 fee is added. If delivery is requires an "on demand" service, meaning the customer wants the flowers/gift delivered immediately, then a $10.00 fee is added.
All online orders are shipped from our warehouse to your address. Online order pick up is not available.
Natures Harvest online policies may differ from Natures Harvest retail store polices.
